The aim is to reach Tongue and from
there follow the coast to Thurso and then
descend to Edinburgh. We are expecting
good weather to free camp along the way.
Of course, we will stop and visit the
island of Skye.

Clouds and rain are all around us,
but a passage lit by the
rising sun shows us the way.
This part of the world, this remote region
does not seem to be affected by the weather.
We are well fed and tired. We will sleep
in a small hotel along the coast.
Tomorrow we will begin our journey
through the island and back to the mainland.
